Meet the founder and formulator

Pooja Walia

For me, my pathway to all-natural skin began out of sheer desperation, a few years back, I was in a desperate battle against dry, sensitive skin. Winter was my worst enemy, making me feel so self-conscious that I wouldn't step out without makeup. I tried countless skincare products on the market, only to end up frustrated, exhausted, and downright disappointed.
It felt like the end of the road, and the mere thought of it made me anxious.

Thinking back on my childhood, I recalled how I used several at-home remedies for my skin, and always saw amazing results. That's when I decided to reconnect with my roots and bring back the goodness of Ayurveda. Green Glow was born, my own little skincare gem!

Of course, I didn't stop there. I wanted to learn everything there was to know about creating safe and effective skincare products. That's when I stumbled upon Formula Botanica, online school for organic formulation and indie beauty entrepreneurship. I dove headfirst into their courses, becoming a certified skincare formulator in Organic Anti-Ageing Skincare, mastering Cosmetic Stability Testing, and even exploring the secrets of Natural Cosmetic Preservation.

My dream is to provide skincare products that help you feel beautiful in your own skin. It's my passion, my life's purpose! Each and every product you'll find in my line-up is personally formulated and lovingly handcrafted by yours truly. I'm beyond grateful to be a part of your skincare journey and that of your loved ones.

We are conscious about the environmental impact beauty industry has and we do our part to reduce this impact.

  • We use glass bottles, which are recyclable (where possible and safe)
  • Use 100 % Recyclable PET bottles are versatile, and made to be remade
  • Shipping boxes are Recycled, Recyclable and Compostable – use them as food for your plants
  • Honeycomb wrapping paper - 100% Recyclable
  • Please reuse white tissue paper in the packing for gifts

No Harsh Chemicals

We are committed to provide clean skincare products, which means no harsh chemicals that possibly can irritate your skin and harmful in longer use. We use organic ingredients, where possible. We are transparent about what we use in our products, and you can learn more about them in our ingredient’s directory. 

Not Tested on Animals, Cruelty Free and Vegan

We do not test our products on animals and are strongly against it. Our products are plant based and natural.
